I, Anne-Marie Rencken-wentzel, am a registered Counselling and Educational Psychologist, practising as a psychologist since 1983. I obtained the degrees B.A. Honours (Psychology) at the University of Pretoria and the MA (Psychology) at the Rand Afrikaans University with a dissertation titled "Persoonlikheidsbeeld van dogters met ‘n psigies-afwesige vader". I also hold a Transvaal Higher Educational Diploma (THED) obtained at the Pretoria Teacher's Training College. I have successfully completed the first and second years of the Ph.D. Child Psychology and related areas at the University of the Free State. I obtained a Certificate in Child Law from the University of Pretoria.
